Return & Refund Policy

At Fairwells Jewelry, each piece is handmade with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we're here to help is something isn't quite right.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our jewelry is handcrafted, all returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of Fairwells Jewelry.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We may request photos or additional details to help us understand the concern.

Normal Wear & Tear 

Please note that normal wear is expected on all jewelry--especially handmade pieces. Slight variations, patina, or minor changes that come from regular use are not considered defects are not eligible for returns or replacements.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
